What if another group purchases Lakeside Lifestyle Community?

In the unlikely event that Lakeside Lifestyle Community is purchased by some other group or organisation, local government regulations fully protect your secure investment. Your agreement cannot be terminated without your consent.

What land-based fees will I pay as a resident of Lakeside Lifestyle Community?

None. Because you lease the land your home is built on, your site fee takes care of all land based fees like council rates, water rates, strata and body corporate.

How much stamp duty will I have to pay?

Is there an application process for moving into Lakeside Lifestyle Community?

Potential residents are interviewed by Lakeside Lifestyle Community associates. And a police check may be conducted. Prior to moving onto the property, all new residents will be required to sign an agreement acknowledging they understand community rules and restrictions.

What happens when it’s time to sell my home?

You have several options at Lakeside Lifestyle Community. Homes can be sold through private sale, licenced real estate agent, or through our on-site operators/management team. And the best part is, you keep 100% of capital gains earned on the sale of your home.

Will I be charged exit or deferred management fees should I decide to leave, or need to leave Lakeside Lifestyle Community?

Never. Lakeside Lifestyle Community charges no fees should you leave the community.

When the time comes, am I able to leave my home to family?

Of course. Leaving your home to friends or family is always an option at Lakeside Lifestyle Community.

Can I have friends and family stay with me at my home at Lakeside Lifestyle Community?

Guests are always welcome for short stays at Lakeside Lifestyle Community. And no visitor fees apply.

Are pets welcome at Lakeside Lifestyle Community?

At Lakeside Lifestyle Community, residents are usually allowed one small animal per household. Please contact us to discuss our pet friendly options.

Are the common facilities at Lakeside Lifestyle Community available to all residents?

Residents and their guests can enjoy access to all of our on-site common facilities
during posted hours of operation. Children must be accompanied and supervised at all times. Residents are responsible for their guests.

What is the parking situation at Lakeside Lifestyle Community?

Vehicles must be parked on the driveway at all times and must not be parked on, or encroach community roads. Designated visitor car spaces are available for guests.

What type of house can I build at Lakeside Lifestyle Community?

All homes must be provided by approved Lakeside Lifestyle Community suppliers.

What about carports and decks? Am I allowed to add them to my home or yard?

In compliance with local and state government regulations, carports, decks and clotheslines are supplied as part of a Lakeside Lifestyle Community complete home package. Additional items or alterations need to be applied for in writing and approved by the site’s Community Operator.

How is mail delivered at Lakeside Lifestyle Community?

Mail is delivered to your mailbox in a central mail area by Australia post.

Am I able to move someone else into my home?

Moving additional occupants into your home requires consent from the Community Operator and an amendment to the existing Residential Site Agreement as only individuals listed as occupants on the Residential Site Agreement are permitted.

Are pushbikes allowed at Lakeside Lifestyle Community?

Yes. We encourage a healthy lifestyle at Lakeside Lifestyle Community. So pushbikes are definitely allowed. Children on pushbikes require adult supervision. Skateboards and rollerblades are not permitted. And helmets must be worn at all times in line with RMS requirements.
